Bear Creek Country Kitchens® heritage originated in a small town in the Wasatch mountains of Utah in 1991.
Beginning with homemade recipes, Bear Creek founders Don and Sheila White, began selling various dry mixes at
boutique fairs, including Sheila's "Just add water" Creamy Potato and Cheddar Broccoli soups. As word-of-mouth
spread the news of these great tasting recipes, retail stores began to carry Sheila's hearty soup mixes and
Bear Creek® was launched as a premium retail brand. In the ensuing years Bear Creek® experienced rapid
growth and Bear Creek's® great tasting, high quality soups have enabled the brand to establish a national
presence (Bear Creek® can be found in virtually all grocery stores in the U.S.) and become the #1 selling brand.
Since its inception, Bear Creek® has defined the consumer's taste experience and expectation for all hearty
soups. Bear Creek® comes in 14 great flavors, from the original Creamy Potato and Cheddar Broccoli, to
traditional favorites such as Chicken Noodle and Vegetable Beef, to award winning Minestrone and Tortilla flavors,
